严重烧伤病人血浆前列腺素E2含量的变化及意义

本研究利用琼脂凝胶单扩散法和放射免疫分析法检测２４例严重烧伤病人的血清Ｃ３Ｃ、Ｃ４、ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＭ、ＩｇＧ和血浆前列腺素Ｅ２（ＰＧＥ２）含量的变化，并结合烧伤后多器官衰竭（ＭＯＦ）和全身感染的发生情况进行分析；结果发现血清补体和免疫球蛋白降低，尤以ＭＯＦ病人明显，而血浆ＰＧＥ２在ＭＯＦ病人及全身严重感染病人明显降低，提示严重烧伤后ＰＧＥ２的产生减少或缺乏与免疫功能低下以至全身严重感染和ＭＯＦ的发生

Changes of plasma PGE2 level and its significance in severely burned patients

The plasma level of PGE_2 and serum levels of C_(3c),C_4,IgA and IgG were determined in 24 cases of severe burn injury with agar gel single diffusion and immunological analysis.It was found that along with the development of postburn immunosuppression,severe infection and MSOF,there was marked decrese of serum C_(3c),C_4 and immunoglobulin especially in cases complicated with MSOF.Plasma PGE_2 level was also markedly decreased in cases with MSOF and severe systemic infection;There was a positive correlation between the decrease of plasma PGE_2 and the development of severe systemic infection and MSOF,which supports the hypothesis that PGE_2 seems to play a role of immunoprotection not immunosuppression in burn injury.
