| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨注射用盐酸川芎嗪联合中药灌肠对慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的影响。方法:80例CRF患者随机分成两组(治疗组和对照组)。对照组进行常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用注射用盐酸川芎嗪和中药灌肠,每日1次,30天为1个疗程。观察治疗前后两组血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞(RBC)、血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、血浆白蛋白(Alb)、肾小球滤过率(GFR)的变化。结果:治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组Hb、RBC、Scr、BUN、Alb、GFR与治疗前比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:注射用盐酸川芎嗪联合中药灌肠可降低Scr、BUN,升高GFR、Hb、RBC、Alb,从而延缓轻、中度CRF患者病情的进展。
