| 摘 要： | 目的调查吉林省长岭县鼠疫疫源地鼠疫活动信息。方法应用内部对照PCR方法直接检测鼠类脏器中鼠疫菌特有的基因片段并进行分析。结果共检查100份黄鼠标本,结果均为阴性,与细菌培养结果一致,未发现鼠疫信息。结论内部对照PCR检测技术可作为鼠疫菌DNA检测方法之一

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate plague informations in the plague foci of ChangLing county of JiLin province. Methods To detect the peculiar gene fraction of Y. pestis in the Spermophilus dauricus viscera by PCR with internal comparison. Results We did not deteced any plague informations in 100 Spermophilus dauricus,there are same negative result with germiculture. Conclusions The PCR with internal comparison is one of methods to detect Y. pestis DNA. |
