摘    要:随着现代医疗科学技术的不断进步,医用监护仪的各项监护功能得到了显著的提高。医用多参数监护仪能够监测人体的多项生理参数,如:心电(ECG)、血氧饱和度(SpO2)、无创血压(NIBP)、心率(HR)、呼吸(RESP)、体温(Temp)等多项参数监测,为医护人员掌握病人的病情和抢救危重病人提供了重要依据。但是监护仪在临床使用过程中面对各类病人也存在不少问题,有待于将来更好更先进的监护仪问世来为临床服务。下面就监护仪生理参数测量原理和临床应用问题谈谈自己的学习体会。

Abstract:Along with modem medical service science and technology unceasing progress, The medical monitoring equipment function obtained the remarkable enhancement. The medical multi parameter monitoring equipment can monitor the human body many physiological parameter, For example: electrocardiograph (ECG), degree of blood oxygen saturation (SpO2), non- invasive blood pressure (NIBP), heart rate (HR), respiration (RESP), temperature (Temp) and so on It has the ability to master the patient's condition and the rescue seriously injured patient even provided the important basis for doctors. But the medical monitoring equipment also has many problems in the clinical using processes, and need to improve in the future for the mere advanced medical monitoring equipment to be served. This article discusses the physiology parameter of medical monitoring equipment survey principle and the clinical practice questions.
