大白鼠中脑导水管周围灰质尾侧半背外侧区和背侧区的传入投射——HRP逆行追踪方法研究

摘    要:应用HRP(horseradish Peroxidase)逆行追踪标记,研究大白鼠中脑导水管周围灰质(Periaqueductal gray PAG)尾侧半背外侧区和背侧区的传入投射。将HRP注入PAG尾侧半背外侧区:①大脑皮层出现大量的标记细胞,主要分布在额皮层区、后肢皮层区和顶皮层区,其次是前肢皮层区和嗅周皮层。②基底前脑标记细胞少且分散,仅在终纹床核、无名质和杏仁内侧核内出现少量的标记细胞。③下丘脑主要出现在下丘脑腹内侧核和背侧乳头体前核,其次是视前内侧区、下丘脑前外侧核和灰结节。①底丘脑的未定带出现了大量的标记细胞;后丘脑的标记细胞主要分布于内侧膝状核。将HRP注入到PAG尾侧半背侧区:①标记细胞在大脑皮层内集中分布于额皮层区。②基底前脑仅在终纹床核内出现一定数量的标记细胞.③下丘脑的标记细胞集中分布于下丘脑前外侧核、下丘脑前区、下丘脑腹内侧核和背侧乳头体前核,其次是视前内侧区和下丘脑背内侧核。④底丘脑的未定带出现大量的标记细胞。⑤上丘脑的标记细胞主要位于内侧缰核和前顶盖前核。⑥后丘脑内的内侧膝状核亦出现大量的标记细胞。

Abstract:HRP was injected into the dorsolateral area of the caudal part of PAG. The largest cortical input to this region arose from frontal cortex area and parietal cor- tex area. A large number of labeled cells were found in hindlimb area of cortex. In ad-dtion,forelimb area of cortex and perirhinal cortex provided moderate input to this re-gion. In basal forebrain, only a few of labeled cells were found in bed nucleus. The largest hypothalamic input to this region arose from dorsal premammillary nucleus and ventromedial hypothalamic nucleus. In addtion .rnoderate labeled cells were found in me-dial preoptic area, lateroanterior hypothalamic nucleus and tuber cinereum. Zona incerta provided a lot of input to this region. The medial geniculate nucleus provided moderate input to this region. HRP was injected into the dorsal area of the caudal part of PAG. Moderate labeled cells were found on forntal cortex area. In basal forebrain,only the bed nucleus of stria terminalis provided moderate input to this region. The hypothalamus provided a large number of input. The largest hypothalamic input arose from dorsal pre-mammillary nucleus,ventromedial hypothalamic nucleus,anterior hypothalamic area,lat-eroanterior hypothalamic nucleus. In addtion, medial preoptic area and dorsomedial hy-pothalamic nucleus provided moderate inputs to this region. A large number of labeled cells were also found in Zona increta and medial geniculate nucleus. Moderate labeled cells occurred in medial habenular nucleus and anterior pretectal nucleus.
