B淋巴细胞刺激因子（Baff）在结肠癌及转移淋巴结中的表达及其意义

目的探讨结肠癌原发灶及淋巴结转移灶中B淋巴细胞刺激因子（Baff）的表达特点及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法对50例行结肠癌根治术的结肠癌组织标本及34例淋巴结转移灶,结肠正常组织20例采用免疫组化法检测Baff表达。结果Baff在72%（36/50）结肠癌组织中呈阳性表达,34例结肠癌原发灶和淋巴结转移灶中Baff高表达的阳性率分别为88.2%（30/34）,85.3%（29/34）,两部位Baff表达具有较高的同源性。而在结肠正常组织中,Baff的表达阳性检出率分别为：15%（3/20）。Baff表达与分化程度（P〈0.01）密切相关,但与手术年龄,性别,肿瘤大小,淋巴结转移无关。结论结肠癌的发生与Baff表达密切相关,Baff在结肠癌原发灶及转移淋巴结中的表达具有较高的同源性,Baff表达对结肠癌手术方式的选择具有指导价值。

Expression and clinical significance of Baff in colon carcinoma and its corresponding lymphnode metastasis

Objective: To investigate the expression of Baff in colon carcinoma and its corresponding lymph node metastasis and the relations with clincopathologic characterics.Methods: Colon carcinoma tissues from 50 patients who underwent curative surgery and 34 cases of lymph-node and 20 cases of normal colorectal tissue were examined by immunohistochemistry for Baff.Results: Baff expression was positively expressed in 72%(36/50)of the patients.The high expression rate of Baff in 34 cases of colon primary lesions and corresponding lymph node metastaseswas88.2%(30/34),85.3%(29/34).there is a homogeneous expression of Baff in the primary lesions and metastasic lymph node.But the expression of those in normal colorectal tissues was 15%(3/20).Baff expression was positively correlated with differently degree(P<0.01),but not with age at surgery,gender,tumor size and lymph node metastasis.Conclusion: It is suggested that the development of colorectal carcinoma has a related relationship with the expression of Baff.there is a homogeneous expression of Baff in the primary lesions and metastasic lymph node.Evalution of the Baff expression seems to the improve the selection of patients for local treatment.
