胃癌的影像学诊断和评价

目的　评价CT和GI在胃癌诊断中的作用。方法　对 2 5例疑有胃癌者进行CT和GI检查 ,并经胃镜和手术病理确诊。结果　肿瘤对胃壁的浸润程度及淋巴结近远处的转移程度的评定 ,CT优于GI(P <0 .0 5 )。对早期胃癌的诊断及肿瘤的定位、粘膜显示、表面轮廓等 ,GI显著高于CT检查 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　CT对胃癌的诊断有重要价值 ,但有一定的漏诊率 ,综合CT和GI两种检查技术可提高诊断正确率

Imaging Diagnosis and Evaluation in Gastric Cancer

Objective To assess the value of CT and gastriontestinal brium examination(GI) in diagnosing gastric cancer.Methods 25 cases of suspected gastric cancer were given CT and GI characterics and confirmed by operation or gastroscopy. Results In the estimation of the infiltration and the lymphodules metastases, CT was superior to GI (P<0.05).The diagnosis of gastric cancer in the early stage, the location of the tumors, the display of tumors, GI was superior to CT(P<0.05).Conclusion CT has an important value in the diagnosis of gastric cancer, but it has some rate of missed diagnosis.Combining CT and GI can raise the diagnostic accuracy of gastric cancer.
