中国南方部队肺结核住院病例流行病学调查研究

目的：了解南方部队结构发病情况，探讨其流行规律，为预防提供参考依据。方法：设计统一调查表，调查某战区被指定收治结核病的3家部队综合医院，对1997年5月－2001年6月收治的部队结核病患者临床资料进行分析，结果：共调查病例261例，全部为肺结核患者，以浸润型为主，占80．4％，平均发病年龄22．6岁；88．1％的病例为有症状后主动就诊，发现较迟，驻乡村部队病患者显著多于驻城镇部队，发病时间以3－5月份较集中，占39．5％，结论：肺结核诊断不及时和管理不当是该区部队肺结核发病的重要原因之一；应加强部队官兵的结核病防治知识教育，防止结核病在部队内部传播。

The Epidemic Investigation of TB Patients in Southern Army of China

Objective To understand the situation of TB infection in southern army and its epidemical characters and thus provide useful reference for TB prevention.Methods A standard questionary was designed and utilized for the investigation of TB patients who was hospitalized in 3 assigned TB hospitals during the period of 1997/5 and 2001/6.Results 261 TB patients investigated and 80 4% were soakage type,the average age of TB patients was 22 6 years old.88 1% patients were diagnosed lately only when they saw the doctors with the TB symptoms,the number of TB patients found in the army which was located in countryside were much more than that of the army in city and town.The time of TB infection is mostly concentrated in March to May since 39 5% of patients were found during this period.Conclusions One of the important factors for TB infection was the impromptly diagnosis and the improperly management in army.Streng thening the education of TB prevention will effectively prevent the spread of TB in army.
