| 摘 要： | 目的了解初诊糖尿病且在1年内尚未接受过正规健康教育的患者对健康教育的认识及需求情况。方法对初诊的129例且在1年内尚未接受过正规健康教育的糖尿病患者进行问卷调查。结果患者对健康教育需求程度高,其中最受欢迎的教育方式为集体讲座,最能接受的健康教育时间为每月花半天时间。结论医务人员在开展糖尿病患者健康教育时要充分考虑到患者对健康教育的愿望及需求,才能提高患者的依从性。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate and analysis the view and desire on health educations of newly diagnosed patients with diabetes within 1 year without receiving regular health educations.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used and 129 patients with diabetes diagnosed within 1 year received the investigation.Results The patients have strong desires on health educations.Lecture is the most desirable form and half of one day every month spending on health education is the most receivable time.Conclusion In order to improve the patients＇s compliance,the health desires and needs should be fully considered when medical stuff carry out health education. |
