| 摘 要： | 目的:提高对Dieulafoy病的认识,减少误诊和漏诊。方法:对3例Dieulafoy病的临床表现、诊断及治疗方法进行分析。结果:3例均于术中确诊。2例行近侧胃切除,1例行胃楔形切除,均获治愈。结论:要提高本病的诊断率,减少误诊和漏诊,必须熟悉本病的临床表现和病理特征。包括病变部位的胃大部切除或胃楔形切除可获得良好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To increase the knowledge of Dieulafoy s disease and decrease the misdiagnosis. Methods: Three cases of Dieulafoy' s disease were analyzed clinically and their therapieutic were discussed. Results: All the three cases were diagnosed in the operations. Two of these were cured by close gastrectomy, other one by wedge resection. Conclusion: It is necessary to have an intamate knowledge of the clinical pattern and pathological characteristics in order to increase the diagnosis rate and decrease misdiagnosis. Subtotal gastrectomy or wedge resection of the lesion can acquire good curative effect. |
