颈髓肿瘤的诊疗特点

目的:探讨颈髓肿瘤的诊疗特点。方法:回顾分析我院35例颈髓肿瘤手术病人。结果:颈髓肿瘤因其位于颅颈交界,临床表现呈多样性,易被误诊及致术后并发症。结论:了解颈髓肿瘤的诊疗特点可避免临床误诊,减少颈髓、臂丛神经及脑的手术性创伤及继发损害从而防止术后并发症;操作轻柔,不损伤脊髓供血血管,避免脊髓牵拉损伤,是手术成功的关键。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Cervical Spinal Tumor

Objective: To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of cervical spinal Tumor. Methods: Thirty - five cases with cervical spinal tumor treated by operation in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Misdiagnosis and postoperative complications appeared frequently because the clinical manifestations of the cervical spinal tumor located at the cranial - cervical boundary were multiform. Conclusion: Knowing the characteristics of cervical spinal tumor can avoid misdiagnosis, decrease the operative injuries to cervical spinal cord,brachia plexus and cerebrum and prevent postoperative complications. The key to successful operation is to operated gently and not to injury the spinal cord and its blood supply vessel.
