成都市青羊区精神疾病患者社会保障情况对照研究

目的探讨精神疾病患者的社会保障情况。方法对成都市青羊区（城区）184例精神疾病患者进行社会保障调查，并按年龄和性别相同原则配对，同时调查患者的邻居184人（非精神疾病患者）。结果精神疾病患者受教育年限、经济收入和住房面积、依靠个人劳动生活比例均明显低于普通人群；无业和失业、未婚和离异及自费医疗比例明显高于普通人群。结论精神疾病患者的社会支持及社会保障明显差于普通人群，加强和完善各种社会保障系统是目前改善精神疾病患者治疗和生活质量的关键措施。

Control study on the social security states of the psychiatric patients in Qingyang district of Chengdu

Objective To explore the social security states of the psychiatric patients. Methods One hundred and eighty - four psychiatric patients were involved in the investigation about the social security states in Qingyang district （ the city. zone）of Chengdu. According to the principle of the same age and gender,one hundred and eighty -four non -psychiat~ ric patients were also investigated. Results The education,income,housing and living by their own labor ratio of the psy- chiatric patients are worse than those of the common people. Compared with the common people, the psychiatric patients are more possibly to be jobless, celibate or divorce, and with medical treatment at their own expenses. Conclusions The states of social security and social support of the psychiatric patients are worse than those of the common people. It is the key step to strengthen and mend the system of social security to improving the treatment and life quality of the psychiatric patients.
