孟鲁司特联合吸入糖皮质激素治疗儿童支气管哮喘急性发作期的疗效观察

目的:观察孟鲁司特联合吸入糖皮质激素治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期的临床疗效。方法:将80例急性发作期的支气管哮喘患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,对照组40例,男19例,女21例,给予吸入糖皮质激素治疗;治疗组40例,男20例,女20例,在对照组基础上加用孟鲁司特;两组患者均给予硫酸沙丁胺醇吸入及抗感染治疗,观察7天,并比较疗效。结果:治疗组患者症状好转较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特联合吸入糖皮质激素治疗儿童支气管哮喘急性发作期,可明显缩短肺部体征消失时间及住院天数,疗效显著,值得推广。

Clinical observation of treating 80 patients with acute exacerbations of bronchial asthma in children by montelukast combined with inhaled corticosteroids

Objective:To observe curative effect of treating 80 patients with acute exacerbations of bronchial asthma in children by montelukast combined with inhaled corticosteroid.Methods: 80 cases of acute exacerbation in bronchial asthma were divided into control group(40 case,19 males and 21 females) and treatment group(40 case,20 males and 20 females).Control group was given treatment of inhaled corticosteroids,and treatment group was given montelukast combined with inhaled corticosteroid in which salbutamol sulphate inhalation and anti-infective therapy were used in two groups.After 7 days,curative effect was compared in two groups.Results:Improvement in symptoms was obviously in treatment group than control grouo in which there was significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: Treatment of montelukast combined with inhaled corticosteroids for acute exacerbations of bronchial asthma in children can shorten obviously disappearance time of pulmonary signs,hospital day,be evident effect and be worth popularizing.
