胆道镜取石术对2型糖尿病术后血糖的影响

目的评价2型糖尿病患者经口胆道镜取石术后血糖变化规律及其影响因素.方法对施行经口胆道镜取石手术的26例2型糖尿病患者进行术前、术后1、2 h、1、3、5 d血糖监测.结果 2型糖尿病患者术后1、2 h血糖显著升高(P＜0.05),术后1 d基本接近术前水平(P＞0.05).术后血糖升高与手术时间、糖尿病病程、术前血糖水平呈正相关,与术后并发症有关.结论对2型糖尿病患者术前应正确评价糖尿病病情,术中缩短手术时间,减少创伤,术后严格控制并发症.

Effect of choledochoscopy on blood sugar in diabetes mellitus

Objective: To evaluate the change of blood sugar in diabetes mellitus after choledochoscopy, and to analyze the relative reasons. Methods: 26 patients who underwent the choledochoscopy received the tests of blood sugar preoperatively, and 1, 2 hours, 1, 3, and 5 days postoperatively. Results: Postoperative blood sugar increased significantly in comparison with the preoperative one (P <0.05), and reached the preoperative level 1 day postoperatively (P >0.05). There was a positive correlation between blood sugar increase and surgery duration, diabetic duration, and preoperative blood sugar. The diabetic complications were relative to the postoperative blood sugar. Conclusions: Preoperative correct estimate of diabetic condition, shorter surgery time, inimized surgical damage, and good control of postoperative complications should be noted for postoperative vision increase.
