| 摘 要： | 目的:比较钡灌肠(BE)、计算机X线断层扫描(CT)对结肠癌检查的价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析20例均经手术和病理证实的结肠癌的钡灌和CT表现。结果:BE和CT对结肠癌的诊断准确率分别为85%和75%,CT对结肠癌的分期准确率为67%。结论:BE是结肠癌的基本影像学检查方法,CT是BE必要的补充检查手段,对确定肿瘤术前分期、选择治疗方法以及判断愈后起着重要作用。

| Abstract: | Purpose:To compare the diagnostic value of barium enema(BE) computed tomography(CT) in primary colorectal carcilloma.Materials and Methods:The BE and CT manifestations of 20 cases of colorectal neoplasms proved by operation and pathology were studied retrospectively.Results:The overall accuracy of BE and CT for tumor was 85% and 75%,the overall accuracy of CT for tumor staging was 67%.Conclusion:BE can be considered as a primary approach for diagnosing colorectal carcinoma CT be necessary diagnostic approaches it also plays an important role for tumors staging before operation selecting therapeutics plans and judging prognosis. |
