合并小剂量利培酮治疗无精神病性症状抑郁症对照研究

目的探讨小剂量利培酮在治疗无精神病性症状抑郁症中的作用。方法将60例无精神病性症状的抑郁症患者随机分成氟西汀组及氟西汀合用利培酮组，于疗前，疗后1、2、6周采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)，不良反应量表(TESS)评定疗效及副反应。结果合用小剂量利培酮组疗效显著，两组间痊愈率、1周末HAMD评分及疗程结束时HAMD评分差异有显著性。TESS评分两组无明显差异。结论合用小剂量利培酮治疗抑郁症可提高疗效，且起效快。

A study of the effect of small-dose risperidone in depression without psychotic symptoms

Objective To study the effect of small-dose risperidone in the treatment of depression without psychotic symptoms.Methods Sixty patients with the diagnosis of depression without psychotic symptoms were randomly divided into fluoxetine group and fluoxetine with risperidone group.The efficacy and side effects were evaluated with HAMD and TESS.Results The treatment of fluoxetine with risperidone was effective and the tolerance was better.There were significant differences in recovery rate,HAMD of 1st week and 6th week after treatment between two groups.But there was no difference in TESS between two groups.Conclusion Risperidone could afford help in the treatment of depression.
