| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针药结合对不安腿综合征患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:58例患者以随机数字表法分为针药组30例和药物组28例,针药组以针剂和服用药物治疗1个月,药物组单纯药物治疗1个月,观察治疗前后患者的睡眠时间和觉醒次数,并比较两组的临床疗效。结果:针药组治疗前后睡眠时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),针药组治疗前后觉醒次数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组临床疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:针刺结合药物对不安腿综合征患者睡眠质量的疗效优于单纯服用药物。
