臭氧水亚急性毒性试验观察

摘    要:目的观察臭氧水毒性,以评价其使用安全性。方法采用动物试验方法对电解臭氧水进行了亚急性毒性试验。结果含臭氧量10 mg/L的臭氧水急性经口毒性试验期间未见试验动物出现中毒现象,对大、小鼠急性经口LD50均大于5000 mg/kg体重,属于实际无毒级。亚急性毒性试验各剂量组大鼠红细胞计数、血红蛋白含量、白细胞计数以及白细胞分类计数与对照组比较差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。各剂量组大鼠血清总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、白/球比、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、血糖、尿素氮、甘油三脂、肌酐、胆固醇与对照组比较差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。对处死动物的脏器大体解剖检查和病理学检验均未发现有意义的改变。结论含臭氧量为10 mg/L臭氧水大鼠急性经口毒性属实际无毒类,大鼠亚急性毒性试验未见异常,其最大未观察到有害作用剂量为1000 mg/kg体重。

Abstract:Objective To observe toxicity of ozone disinfectant solution and to assess its applied safety.Method Animal test was used to carry out exprimental observation on subacute toxicity of ozone water.Results No toxic signs were observed in experimental animals taking 10 mg/L ozone disinfectant solution,and the oral acute toxicity LD50 in mice and rats was higher than 5000 mg/kg body weight,which belonged to practically nontoxic class.RBC count,HB content,WBC count and WBC differential count in rats of 3 dosage groups were not significantly different from those in control group in subacute toxicity test(P>0.05),and no obvious difference was also observed in TP,Alb,Glob,A/G ratio,ALT,AST,Glu,BUN,TG,Cr and Chol in blood serum of rats between various dosage groups and control group(P>0.05).Conclusins The oral toxicity LD50 of 10mg/L ozone disinfectant solution in rats belongs to practically non-toxic class.No abnormality was observed in subacute toxicity test,and maximum no-observed adverse effect level is 1000 mg/kg body weight.
