| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胰岛素联合双氧水与百多邦治疗糖尿病压疮的效果.方法:将63例糖尿病压疮患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组31例,观察组32例.对照组按常规给予换药和局部胰岛素治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用双氧水和百多邦治疗,观察两组压疮愈合情况.结果:观察组总有效率100%,其痊愈率62.8%,优于对照组的36.1%,观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P< 0.05).结论:胰岛素联合双氧水与百多邦治疗糖尿病压疮疗效明显,能缩短压疮治疗时间,减轻患者痛苦,提高生活质量,值得推广.
