| 摘 要： | 2010年2月广东省某老人院发生诺如病毒胃肠炎暴发疫情。现场调查发现老年人与护工的罹患率高于工作人员,特护和全护老年人的罹患率高于一般护理老年人,logistic回归分析结果提示,老年人感染风险随着需护理程度分值的增加而增加,提示本次暴发主要是因为护工护理操作不规范导致老年人-护工-老年人间的交叉污染,建议制定老人院感染控制和规范护理指南。

| Abstract: | A norovirus caused gastroenteritis outbreak occurred in a nursing home in Guangdong province,2010. Field investigation found attack rate was higher among the old residents and nurses than among other staff, and higher among the old residents receiving special nursing and full nursing than among the old residents receiving general nursing. Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk of infection increased with the increasing of nursing score. This outbreak was induced by the improper infection control practice of nurses. It is suggested to develop the guideline of infection control and standard care in nursing home in China. |
