摘 要: | 目的:采用气相色谱法测定丁蔻理中丸中丁香酚的含量。方法:气相色谱法,聚乙二醇(PEG)—20M柱,柱长2m,内径4mm;柱温180℃,进样器220℃,FID检测器;柱头压力:150kPa,内标物:桂皮醛。结果:所测丁香酚与其它组分具有良好的分离效果,线性范围为8.92~71.36μg/ml,平均回收率为99.9%,RSD为1.28%(n=5)。结论:本方法简便、快速,结果准确,可用于丁蔻理中丸中丁香酚的含量测定。

Abstract: | Objective: The purpose is to develop GC method for the assay of eugenol in Dingkou Lizhong Wan.Method: GC was applied to quantitative analysis.Chromatographic conditions were:PEG-20M(2m×4mm);column temperature;180℃;Injector temperature;220℃;Flame ionization detector(FID);Nitrogen was used as carrier gas,the pressure of coloum was 150kPa.The internal standard was cinnamaldehyde.Results: The calibration curve of eugenol had a good linear relationship,and it was well separated from other constituents.The average recovery is 99.9% with RSD=1.28%(n=5).Conclusion: The established method is accuracy and it can be applied to the content determination of eugenol in Dingkou Lizhong Wan. |
