| 摘 要： | 分别测定了16名正常新生儿,13例小样儿及其母亲的血清红细胞生成素、脐血血红蛋白及血球压积。结果发现正常新生儿和小样儿的脐血红细胞生成素浓度高于生后72～84小时(P<0.01)和母血(P<0.01)。另外,小样儿脐血红细胞生成素浓度也高于正常新生儿(P<0.01)。这提示:自然分娩过程本身,小样儿的形成均与宫内缺氧密切有关。

| Abstract: | Serum erythropoietin levels were measured by ~3H-TdR in two groups of infants and their mothers: (1) 16 normal neonates, (2) 13 small for gestational age infants (SGA). Results demonostrated (1) that the mean cord serum erythropoietin levels wrer higher than their 72-84 hour old blood samples and maternal sera both in AGA and SGA (P<0.01). (2) Cord serum erythropoietin levels in SGA were higher than in controls (P<0.01). (3) There was no significant difference in hematocrit and hemoglobin between SGA and Controls. |
