脐带绕颈对围生儿的影响(附1459例分析)

目的探讨脐带绕颈对围生儿的影响。方法对2006年1月～2007年12月1 459例脐带绕颈进行分析:①分析脐带长度与脐带绕颈的关系;②比较脐带绕颈与无绕颈者对围生儿的影响;③比较脐带绕颈周数对围生儿的影响。结果脐带过短无一例发生脐带绕颈,脐带过长组的脐带绕颈周数多于脐带长度正常组,两者比较,p<0.01,有显著差异。脐带绕颈的胎儿窘迫率为24.19%,新生儿窒息率为11.79%,死胎发生率为0.55%,死产率为0.07%。结论脐带绕颈与脐带长度有一定的关系,脐带过长是造成脐带绕颈的基本原因。脐带绕颈的周数越多,则胎儿窘迫,死胎,新生儿窒息,死产发生率亦越高。

EFFECT OF NUCHAL CORD ON PERINATAL INFANTS

Objective To assess effect of nuchal cord on perinatal infants. Methods From Jan. 2006 to Dec. 2007, retreopective analysis of 1459 clinical records was emploied fo assess ：（1）The correlation of cord length and nuchal cord neck;（2）Perinatal conseguence with as without nuchal cord;（3）Contrest the number of cord entanglement neck with the effect on perinatal infants. Results There wasn＇ t cord entanglement in short cord group. There were more cycles of cord entanglement in long cord group than those in normal length cord group（p 〈 0. 01 ）. In nuchal cord group, the rate of fetal distress was 24. 19%, newborn asphyxia 5.62% ,fetal death 0. 55% ,the rate of stillbirth was 0. 07%. Conclusions There was a correlation of nuchal cord with cord length. Long cord was mains factors which re- sult in cord entanglement. The,more cycles of cord entanglement were associated with higher rates of fetal distress, fe- tal death, newborn asphyxia and stillbirth.
