全胃肠外营养并发症的防治

使用全胃肠外营养(TPN)治疗孤61例患者中,6例发生并发症,均经及时发现和处理而治愈。就有关TPN并发症的防治问题进行了分析讨论,认为严格的无菌操作、定期准确的临床监测、治疗配方的及时调整和良好的护理对防止发生并发症是至关重要的,特别是防止败血症、高渗性非酮昏迷和低血糖休克等严重并发症对降低死亡率有重要作用。

Prevention and treatment of Complications to TPN

Among 61 cases receiving TPN treatment in our hospital, six patients have complications of various kind. All of them recovered completely due to timely diagnosis and treatment. In this article, problems on the complications to TPN are discussed. It' s concluded that sterile operation, regular monitoring, regulatiion of dosage requirements and intensive care are important measures to prevent the complications to TPN, especially infectious sepsis, hyperosomlar nonketotic coma, hypoglycemia shock and so on. They are of great help to minimize the mortality.
