阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者血清C反应蛋白的变化

目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（OSAS）患者血清C反应蛋白（CRP）的变化及其与睡眠呼吸参数之间的关系。方法选择经多导睡眠呼吸监测（PSG）确诊的OSAS患者[睡眠呼吸低通气指数（AHI）≥5次/h]100例作为病例组,33例鼾症患者（AHI〈5次/h）作为对照组,测定并比较上述两组的CRP,再与睡眠呼吸参数进行相关分析。结果OSAS患者血清CRP明显高于鼾症对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。CRP与AHI、氧减指数（ODI）、氧饱和度（SpO2）〈90%时间占总睡眠时间的百分比（TRTSpO2〈90%）成显著正相关（均P〈0.001）,与平均SpO2、最低SpO2成显著负相关（均P〈0.001）。结论OSAS患者血清CRP增高,且与OSAS严重度有较好的相关性,提示OSAS患者存在系统性炎症反应。

The Change of the Levels of C-reactive Protein in Patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome

Objective To investigate the serum levels of C-reactive protein （CRP） in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome （OSAS）,and to explore the relationship between the CRP and OSAS. Methods The serum levels of CRP in the patients with the 100 OSAS diagnosed by polysomnography [apnea hypopnea index（AHI）≥5/h] were compared with those in 33 persons in the snoring control group （AHI〈5/h）. The correlations were analyzed between the levels of CRP and sleep-breathing parameters. Results Serum CRP levels were significantly higher in the patients with OSAS than that in the control group （P 〈0.05）.The levels of CRP were positively correlated with AHI,oxygen desaturation index（ODI） and percentage of sleeping time with SpO2 below 90% （TRTSpO2〈90%）respectively （P 〈0.001）,and negatively correlated with the average SpO2 and the lowest SpO2 respectively （P〈0.001）. Conclusion The elevated serum levels of CRP were proportional to the severity of OSAS which indicated that there existed inflammatory processes in the OSAS patients.
