摘    要:目的评价碘酚注入处理窦道肉芽加变异干髓联合治疗乳磨牙窦道型根尖周炎的临床疗效。方法选择慢性窦道型根尖周炎的乳磨牙156颗,随机分为二组:碘酚注入窦道加变异干髓糊剂充填联合治疗的106牙为治疗组;变异干髓糊剂充填治疗50例为对照组。结果治疗组显效98牙,好转4牙,总有效率96.23%。对照组显效32牙,好转6牙,总有效率76%,采用R id it检验差异有统计学意义(U=3.09525,P=0.001967<0.01)。结论碘酚注入加变异干髓联合治疗乳磨牙窦道型根尖周炎疗效满意,操作简便是保留乳磨牙至正常替换期的有效方法。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of iodophnol combined with modified mummification application on patients with chronic periapical inflammation of deciduous molar sinus.Methods 156 teeth of chronic periapical inflammation of deciduous molar sinus were divided into two groups randomly:Group A(106 teeth)were treated with iodophenol combined with modified mummification,while Group B(50 teeth) with drug fistulas only.Results In Group A the success rate was 96.23%,with 98 teeth fully recovered and 4 teeth taken a turn for the better;while in Group B the success rate was 76%,with 32 teeth fully recovered and 6 teeth taken a turn for the better.The difference is significant(U=3.09525,P=0.001967<0.01).Conclusion The therapy of iodophenol combined with modified mummification application on patients with chronic periapical inflammation of deciduous molar sinus is effective,simplified and useful to retain deciduous molar sinus till normal teeth replacement.
