| 摘 要： | 目的：观察及比较中药护心灵对急性心肌缺血的保护作用。方法：采用垂体后叶素诱发大发习急性心肌缺血模型观察药物的作用。结果：与生理盐水组相比，护心灵能显著缓解垂体后叶素所引起的心电缺血改变，与速效救心丸组小剂量组间比较，护心灵在少数时点的作用明显强于速效救心丸；但大剂量组间比较无显著性差异。结论：护心灵与速效救心丸一样，对垂体后叶素所致的急性心肌缺血具有较好的保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe and compare the protective effects of Huxinling(HXL) on acute cardiac ischemia. Methods: with the acute cardiac ischemia model induced by pituitrin in rats. Results: compared with saline group, HXL reduced significantly the changes of cardiac ischemia. Compared with lower dose groups of Su Xiao Jiu Xin Wen(SXJXW), HXL was more effective than SXJXM at some time points. There was no significant difference between HXL and SXJXW at larger dose groups. Conclusion: As SXJXW, HXL possessed the protective effect on actute cardiac ischemia induced by pituitrin. |
