先天性耳前瘘管合并感染92例临床分析

目的探讨先天性耳前瘘管合并感染的临床特点及手术时机的选择。方法回顾性分析92例患者的临床资料，着重对感染期耳前瘘管的手术处理要点进行总结。结果92例中，初次感染者32例（34．8％），发生2次以上感染者60例（65．2％）。感染期行瘘管切除65例，非感染期行瘘管切除27例，两组疗效无显著差异。结论感染期行瘘管切除是可行的。能够有效缩短病程，减少患者长时间换药的痛苦和就医时间，并在不影响疗效的原则下有效地降低医疗成本。

Clinical analysis of congenital preauricular fistula complicated with infection in 92 cases

Objective To study the clinical characteristics of congenial preauricular fistula complicated with infection and to select the opportune moment of surgical operation.Methods The clinical data of 92 cases were analyzed retrospectively.To summarize the main points of the surgery for preauricular fistula during infection period.Results Among 92 caese,there were 32 cases with the first attack of infection(34.8%),60 cases with more than twice(65.2%).Fistula excision was performed in 65 cases during infection period and 27 cases during non infection period.There was no significant difference in therapeutical efficacy between the two groups.Conclusion Preaucular fistula excicsion during infection period is feasible,it can alleviate the complaint for logn-term change of dressing,shorten the course of illness and reduce the medical cost without affecting the curative efficacy.
