| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胸膜粘连术对恶性胸腔积液的治疗价值。方法：经胸腔内插管注入滑石粉浆行胸膜粘连术。结果：控制胸腔积液有效率为94%（102/108）。结论：胸膜粘连术是一种简单易行的有效的控制恶性胸腔积液的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of pleurodesis in treatment of malignant pleural effusion.Method:Pleurodesis is performed at the bedside via a tube thoracostomy after instillation of talc slurry through an indwelling chest tube.Result:At the end of the treatment,the success rate is 94%.Conclusion:Pleurodesis is an easy and efficacious method in controlling malignant pleural effusion. |
