| 摘 要： | 目的探讨氟伐他汀对不稳定型心绞痛患者血清C反应蛋白（CRP）和基质金属蛋白酶－3（MMP－3）的影响。方法采用随机对照方法将237例不稳定型心绞痛患者分为对照组77例和氟伐他汀治疗A组79例及氟伐他汀治疗B组81例，对照组给予不稳定型心绞痛的一般治疗，不予任何调脂药物，在此基础上治疗A组加用氟伐他汀40mg／d，治疗B组加用氟伐他汀80mg／d，测定治疗前及治疗1周后CRP和MMP－3的变化。结果治疗1周后，治疗A组及治疗B组CRP和MMP－3水平均下降，对照组各项指标无明显变化，治疗B组与对照组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论大剂量氟伐他汀可抑制不稳定型心绞痛患者冠脉病变的炎症反应。
