汉防己甲素对泡球蚴组织微量元素含量的影响

摘    要:目的检测汉防己甲素对泡球蚴组织6种微量元素(Ca , Mg ,Cu , Fe , Zn ,Se )的影响.方法选用45只昆明种健康小鼠经腹腔注射泡球蚴原头节建立继发性泡球蚴病模型,随机分为实验组和对照组.实验组分别给予汉防己甲素和阿苯达唑灌胃治疗,汉防己甲素(Tetrandrine, TET)设3个剂量组, 剂量分别为50mg/kg,100 mg/kg,200 mg/kg; 阿苯达唑(Albendazole,ABZ)剂量为50mg/kg.每天灌胃1次,治疗90天后,处死小鼠,分离泡球蚴组织,用原子吸收法测定泡球蚴组织中微量元素的含量.结果 Ca 各实验组与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.001);Cu 各实验组与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.001);Zn 各实验组与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01);Fe 各实验组与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);Mg ,Se 各实验组与对照组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论汉防己甲素治疗能引起泡球蚴组织微量元素的变化.

Abstract:Objective To study the level of six trace elements(Ca ++ , Mg ++ ,Cu ++ , Fe ++ , Zn ++ ,Se ++ )in alveolar echinococcus tissue. Method Forty-five mice were employed to build the secondary alveolar echinococosis animal model . The animals were divided into experimental groups and control group at random. Tetrandrine and Albendazole were used in the experimental groups. There were three concentrations with Tetradrine (50mg/kg, 100mg/kg, 200mg/kg), only one concentration with Albendazole(50mg/kg). Gastric injection was carried out once per day. The mice were killed after 90 days. The content of trace elements in alveolar echinococcus tissue from the mice was measured by the atomic absorption method. Result There were significant differences in Ca ++ , Cu ++ between experimental groups and control group(P<0.001); There were significant differences in Zn ++ , Fe ++ between experimental groups and control group(P<0.01, P< 0.05); But, there was no difference in Mg ++ ,Se ++ between experimental groups and control group(P> 0.05). Conclusion Tetrandrine can influence trace elements in alveolar echinococcus tissue.
