脑梗死患者血清VEGF的变化及临床意义

目的　探讨脑梗死患者血清血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)的动态变化及其临床意义。方法　采用双抗体夹心(ELISA)法分别测定72例脑梗死患者发病1天、3天、7天和1 4天及6 4名健康对照者的VEGF浓度。结果　脑梗死组在病程各时间点上血清VEGF浓度与对照组相比均增高(P <0 . 0 1 ) ,且呈动态变化,于第7天达高峰,第1 4天时仍未恢复正常;梗死灶面积大的患者及脑干梗死患者VEGF浓度升高明显。结论　VEGF与脑梗死的病理生理过程密切相关,VEGF可成为反映脑缺血程度及判断临床预后的一个指标。

Changes of VEGF and clinical significance in patients with cerebral infarction

Objective: To investigate the dynamic changes and the clinical significance of VEGF with cerebral infarction. Methods: All the serum VEGF were analysed used ELISA in all 72 patients with cerebral infarction and 64 healthy control cases during different phase (in 24h,at 3d,7d and 14d after the onset).Results:The level of VEGF with infarction were much higher than those healthy control cases,and the level of serum VEGF gradually increased after the onset of acute cerebral infarction and reached the peak at 7d,and did not recover normal at 14d.The infarction patients with large infarction locus had higher VEGF levels.Conlusions:VEGF may relate to the pathological process of cerebral infarction,and VEGF may serve as a monitor to estimate the cerebral ischemic degree and clinical prognosis.
