| 摘 要： | 心电特征参数检测在心律失常监护、分析上具有重要作用。本文根据波形边界识别函数,采用模拟方法设计了QRS波群宽度捡测电路,能对大部分复杂的心电信号准确地检测出QRS波群宽度。

| Abstract: | Accurate, objective measurement of QRS duration is of central importance in clinical electrocardiography. This paper describes serval methods of feature component detection in ECG and compares serval means in measuring QRS complex duration. Based on the waveform boundary function an analog circuit to detect the QRS wave width was designed. Experimental results show that this method can be used in PVC monitoring and other area. |
