中西医结合治疗老年带状疱疹神经痛

目的 观察中西医结合治疗老年带状疱疹神经痛的临床疗效.方法 将98例老年带状疱疹神经痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组口服龙胆泻肝汤合西药阿昔洛韦,对照组采用单纯西药阿昔洛韦治疗.治疗结束后随访3个月,观察两组患者的临床疗效.结果 治疗组临床疗效优于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.01).结论 采用中西医结合治疗老年带状疱疹神经痛,疗效优于对照组.

Treatment of Senile Post-herpetic Neuralgia with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective To observe clinical effect of treating post-herpetic neuralgia of the old with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods 98 patients with postherpetic neuraligia were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group was treated with Longdan Xiegan decoction plus aciclovir, and the control group was treated with aciclovir. A three months' follow-up was performed after the treatment to observe clinical effect of the treatment group and the control group and their difference. Results The therapeutic effect in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, with P＜0.01.Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy has better effect in treating senile herpes zoster than exclusive western medicine therapy.
