| 摘 要： | 目的:研究应用10%葡萄糖酸钙等药物及血液透析抢救维持血液透析患者高钾血症所致心律失常的疗效.方法:回顾性分析我科2008年5月到2011年4月使用药物及血液透析抢救维持血液透析患者高钾血症所致心律失常18例的临床资料.结果:18例患者血钾正常,心律恢复为窦性心律,均好转出院.结论:使用药物及血液透析是抢救高血钾所致心律失常的最及时、有效的手段.

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the effect of using 10% calcium gluconate and other drugs as well as emergency hemodialysis to save cases in stable hemodialysis with arrhythmia caused by hyperkalemia. Methods： The clinical data of 18 cases in stable hemodialysis with arrhythmia due to hyperkalemia were analyzed retrospectively from May 2008 to Apt 2011 in our department. Results： All the 18 cases＇ serum potassium became normal,their rhythms recovered as sinus rhythms, felt better and discharged. Conclusion： The use of drugs and hemodialysis are the most timely and most effective methods to save cases in stable hemodialysis with arrhythmia caused by hyperkalemia. |
