合贝爽静脉注射和口服序贯治疗快速房颤疗效观察

目的:探讨静脉注射和口服合贝爽序贯治疗快速心房颤动(房颤)的临床疗效.方法:将106例快速房颤患者随机分为观察组和对照组各53例,对照组予西地兰静脉注射和地高辛口服维持治疗,观察组给予静脉注射和口服合贝爽序贯治疗.比较两组住院期间有效率、出院后4周内心室率控制情况.结果:观察组的有效率98.1%显著高于对照组的77.2%,P <0.01;观察组出院后1、2、3和4周的有效率分别为84.9%、81.1%、79.2%和77.4%,均显著高于对照组的66.0%、55.6%、55.6%和47.2%, P均 <0.05.结论:静脉注射和口服合贝爽序贯疗法可良好控制快速房颤患者的心室率.

Therapeutic Effect Observation of Intravenous Injection and Take Orally of Herbesser Sequentially on Fast Atria Fibrillation

Objective： To explore the therapeutic effect of intravenous injection and take orally of Herbesser sequentially on fast atria fibrillation （AF）. Methods： 106 patients with fast AF were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group was 53 cases. The control group was treated by intravenous injection cedilanid and oral digoxin, the observation group was treated by intravenous injection and take orally of Herbesser sequentially. The effects of controlling the ventrieular rate during the hospital stay and within 4 weeks after hospital discharge were compared between the two groups. Result： The effective rate （98.1%） in observation group were significantly higher than that （77.2%） in control group, P 〈 0.01. The rates of ventricular attain the target were 84.9% ,81.1% ,79.2% and 77.4% in observation group within 4 weeks after hospital discharge higher than 66%, 55.6%,55.6% and 47.2% in control group,all P 〈 0.05. Conclusions： The methods of intravenous injection and take orally of Herbesser sequentially can effectively control the ventricular rate of fast AF.
