血栓性血小板减少性紫癜9例临床分析

目的:总结血栓性血小板减少性紫癜(TTP)的临床特点及治疗,以提高对该病早期诊治的能力.方法:回顾性分析2005年1月至2012年1月收治的9例,TTP患者的临床资料.结果:6例早期确诊患者给予输注新鲜冰冻血浆或血浆置换治疗,5例存活,1例死亡;未能早期确诊的3例均死亡.结论:TTP多具有血小板减少、微血管病性溶血性贫血和神经异常,但早期确诊困难,及时输注血浆和血浆置换是治疗TTP的有效方法.

The Clinical Analysis of 9 Patients with Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura

Objective ：To sum the clinical characteristics and treatment of thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura （TTP） in order to improve the levels of diagnosis and treatment. Methods： The clinical data of 9 patients with TrP were analyzed retrospectively from Jan 2005 to Jan 2012. Results： Fresh freezes plasma infusion or/and plasma- exchange therapy treatment were applied in 6 early diagnosed cases and 5 cases were survival. The other 3 delay diagnosed cases died of TTP. Conclusion： Thrombocytopenia, microangiopathic hemolytic anemia and neurological abnormalities are the main demonstrations of TFP. Early diagnosis of TIP is difficult. Timely application of fresh freezes plasma infusion or plasma-exchange therapy is an effective method.
