摘    要:目的:探讨血液灌流(HP)联合连续性静-静脉血液滤过(CVVH)辅助治疗急性重度乌头碱中毒的疗效.方法:将急性重度乌头碱中毒60例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组给予常规处理,治疗组在对照组的基础上行HP联合CVVH治疗,比较两组的疗效.结果:治疗组平均恶性心律失常复律时间、平均住院时间均明显低于对照组(P <0.01);对照组死亡2例,治疗组均治愈.结论:急性重度乌头碱中毒尽早联合HP和CVVH治疗的疗效确切,可降低死亡率.

Abstract:Objectives: To explore the clinical effects of hemoperfusion (HP) and continuous venovenous hemofiltration (CVVH) adjuvant therapy on patients with acute severe aconitione poisoning. Methods:60 patients with acute severe aconitine poisoning were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, each group was 30 cases. The control group was treated by routine methods, while the HP and CVVH group were added in the control group. The clinical effects were compared. Results: The times of the conversion and the hospitalization time in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P 〈 0.01). 2 cases died in the control group and all cases cured in the treatment group. Conclusions: HP and CVVH adjuvant therapy on the patients with acute severe aconitione poisoning is significant effective and reducing the mortality as early as possible.
