| 摘 要： | 目的:总结机械通气辅助治疗急性左心衰竭的临床疗效,以提高急性左心衰竭的治疗水平.方法:回顾性分析2007年1月至2011年6月收治的应用机械通气辅助治疗的急性左心衰竭患者32例的临床资料.结果:痊愈18例(56%),好转10例(31%),死亡4例(13%).结论:机械通气辅助治疗急性左心衰竭可提高抢救成功率,减少死亡率.

| Abstract: | Objective： To summarize the clinical effect of acute left heart failure treated adjuvantly by mechanical ventilation and to improve the levels of the therapy. Methods： The clinical data of 32 patients with acute left heart failure treated adjuvantly by mechanical ventilation were analyzed retrospectively from Jan 2007 to Jul 2011. Results：Among the 32 cases, 18 （56%）cases were cured, 10 （31%） cases were gotten better and 4 （13%） cases died. Conclusion： It may improve the succeed rates and reduce the mortality of acute left heart failure treated adjuvantly by mechanical ventilation. |
