盐酸丁卡因浸泡减轻甲床外伤换药疼痛效果的研究

目的:探讨对甲床外伤患者换药、拆线前用0.5%盐酸丁卡因浸泡患指以减轻疼痛的效果.方法:将2011年8月至12月在急诊换药的甲床损伤患者100例随机分成观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50),拔甲且行甲床清创缝合后换药、拆线,观察组换药前给予0.5%盐酸丁卡因10 mL浸泡患指5min;对照组换药前给予0.9qo生理盐水10 mL浸泡患指5 min;然后行常规换药,观察两组换药时疼痛程度.结果:观察组换药时疼痛程度明显低于对照组,P<0.05.结论:在甲床外伤患者换药、拆线前,使用0.5%盐酸丁卡因浸泡患指,能明显缓解患者疼痛.

Study on Effect to Lighten Pain after Amethocaine Hydrochloride Soak to Dress Wound Again on Patients with Nail Bed External Injury

Objective： To study on effect to lighten pain after 0.5% amethocaine hydrochloride soak before to dress a wound again and to take out stitches on patients with nail bed external injury. Methods： The patients with nail bed extemal injury accepted emergency cure were randomly divided into observation group （n=50） and control group（n=50）. The cases in observation group were admitted to 0.5% amethoeaine hydrochloride 10mL soak 5 minute before to pull out nail then to dress a wound again and to take out stitches, while cases in control group were admitted to 0.9% NaC1 10 mL soak 5 minute. Levels of pain were compared between the two groups. Results： The levels of pain in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group. Conclusion： Using 0.5% amethocaine hydroehloride soak the nail before to dress a wound again and to take out stitches can relieve pain.
