肠梗阻导管对术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床研究

目的:探讨肠梗阻导管对腹部手术后早期炎性肠梗阻的治疗效果.方法:将2010年1月至2012年7月收治的腹部手术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者50例随机分为肠梗阻导管治疗组(研究组)和普通鼻胃管治疗组(对照组)各25例,比较两组胃肠解压引流量、腹围变化、动态腹平片气液平消失时间.结果:研究组胃肠引流量(900.5±165.8) mL/d,腹围减少量(11.3±3.5)cm,气液平消失时间(9.6±2.5)d;对照组胃肠引流量(500.2±125.5)mL /d,腹围减少量(5.4±1.8)cm,气液平消失时间(14.2±4.3)d,研究组三项指标均优于对照组,P均﹤0.05.结论:经鼻肠梗阻导管对腹部手术后早期炎性肠梗阻治疗效果确切,能有效地进行胃肠解压、减轻腹胀、缩短肠梗阻时间.

The Clinical Research of Ileus Tube in Early Inflammatory Intestinal Obstruction after Operation

Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect of ileus tube in early inflammatory intestinal obstruction after operation. Method：50 patients with early inflammatory intestinal obstruction after operation were analyzed retrospectively from Jan. 2010 to Jul. 2012 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and each group was 25 cases. The observation group was accepted ileus tube and the control group was accepted stomach tube. The gastrointestinal decompression quantities, changes of abdominal circumference and the disappearing time of intestinal obstruction were compared between the two groups. Results： In the observation group, the draining digestive juice was （900.5±165.8）mL/d, the decrement of abdominal circumference was （11.3±3.5） cm and disappearing time of intestinal obstruction was （9.6±2.5） d. In the control group, the draining digestive juice was （500.2±125.5）mL/d, the decrement of abdominal circumference was （5.4±1.8） cm and disappearing time of intestinal obstruction was （14.2±4.3） d. The three designs in the observation group all were significantly better than those in the control group,all P 〈 0.05. Conclusion： The ileus tube can effectively drain intestinal juice, relieve abdominal distension and shorten the time of intestinal obstruction.
