临床护士心肺复苏技术培训后技能保留的研究

目的:探讨临床护士心肺复苏(CPR)培训后的技术保留情况及最佳复训时间.方法:将我院临床护士根据所在科室的性质分为急救科室组(n=203)和非急救科室组(n=853),两组分别于培训后第3、6、9、12个月进行随机抽考CPR操作技术,比较两组间的考核成绩及合格率的变化.结果:CPR培训后随时间的递增,两组操作考核的平均分及合格率均进行性下降,其中非急救科室组较急救科室组下降显著(P<0.05);急救科室组在第12月、非急救科室第6月以后其平均分降至合格分数线水平.结论:临床护士在进行CPR培训后技术的保留程度随时间逐渐下降,复训的时间间隔在急救科室应为12月,而非急救科室最好应为6个.

A Study on Techniques Retention of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation of Clinical Nursing after Training

Objective： To study the change of techniques retention of cardiopulmonary resuscitation （CPR） of clinical nurse after training and the best retraining time. Methods： The nurses were divided into emergency department group （ED group, n=203） and non emergency department group （NED group, n=853） in according to the nature of department where the nurse works. The nurse＇s CPR skill was checked by random in 3th,6th,9th,12t~h month after training in the two groups. The examination and qualified rate were compared randomly between the two groups. Results： The average and qualified rate of skill exam were declined progressively with time increase after training in the two groups, and NED group decreased significantly compared with the ED group （P〈0.05）. The Average declined to the qualified fraction line level in the 12th month of NED group and the 6th month of ED group. Conclusions： The techniques retention of CPR of clinical nursing after training gradually decrease with time. The best retraining time is the 12th month after CPR training in ED group and 6th month in ED group.
