| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨创伤后脂肪栓塞综合征(PTFES)早期诊断与急救处理措施.方法:回顾性分析1999年10月～2012年4月收治的25例PTFES患者的临床资料.结果:本组25例中临床治愈23例,并发脑栓塞1例,死亡1例.结论:早期诊断与积极正确的治疗,可极大地提高PTFES的治愈率.

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the early diagnosis and first aid treatment measures of post-traumatic fat embolism syndrome （PTFES）. Methods： The clinical data of 25 patients with FFFES were analyzed retrospectively from Oct 1999 to Apt 2012. Results： Among the 25 cases,23 cases were clinically cured, l case complicated cerebral embolism and 1 case died. Conclusion ： It can greatly enhance the cure rate of PTFES to diagnose early and treat correctly. |
