| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨2型糖尿病乳酸性酸中毒并上消化道出血的特点及防治方法.方法:回顾性分析2000年1月至2011年12月收治的糖尿病乳酸性酸中毒患者8例的临床资料.结果:糖尿病乳酸性酸中毒并上消化道出血的发病率为6/8,其中黑便和呕吐咖啡样物各3例,经治疗7~15天,痊愈4例,死亡2例.结论:糖尿病乳酸性酸中毒并上消化道出血发生率高,需尽早防治.

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the clinical characteristics, prophylaxis and treatment to patients with type 2 of diabetes complicated with lactic acidosis and upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods： The clinical data of 8 patients with type 2 of diabetes complicated with lactic acidosis were respectively reviewed from Jan. 2000 to Dec. 2011. Results： Among the 8 cases, 6 cases suffered from upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage, and 3 cases manifested melena or haematemesis. 4 cases recovered after 7N14 days treatment and 2 eases died. Conclusions： Early treatment and prophylaxis should be used to patients with type 2 of diabetes complicated with lactic acidosis due to the high occurrence of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. |
