庆大霉素耐药质粒的检测及P1Gm噬菌体的分离

摘    要:本文检测邯郸、福州两地149株新生儿胎便中肠道杆菌的耐药率、MIC、耐药质位及其消除率。结果表明庆大霉素(Gm)耐药基因主要位于耐药质粒上;Gm耐药质粒较稳定、宿主范围较广。此外,本文获得8株PICmcl(ts)100与Gm耐药质粒形成的类似于P1Cm性质而由Gm取代Cm基因的P1Gmcl(ts)100。P1Cm或P1Gm可感染9种肠道杆菌。

Abstract:strains of enterobacteria were isolated from the fetalstools in two cities of China, Fuzhou and Handan. Following data weredetected and compared between two groups/cities of bacteria:1.MICand resistant rates to nine antibiotics;2.Resistant plasmids and their curingrates. Major Gm resistant genes are located at plasmids which are stableand have wide hosts. In addition, 8 PlGm were obtained.PIGm has sitm-ilar property to PlCm. It is persumed Gm gene replaces Cm resistant geneby means of/through recombination exchange between their ISI sequences.PIGm and PlCm can infect nine kinds of enterobacteria.
