| 摘 要： | 目的：介绍一种创伤性小、操作简单、效果满意的膀胱扩大手术方式。方法：对9例器质性或功能性膀胱挛缩患者．采用腹膜外回肠片膀胱前壁扩大成形术．并对手术后恢复时间、术后并发症及远期随访结果进行分析。结果：所有手术患者自觉症状改善．术后膀胱容量、尿流率改变等方面均取得满意效果。结论：腹膜外回肠片膀胱前壁扩大成形术在简化手术操作、减少腹腔并发症、缩短住院天数等方面具有明显优势．是一种治疗膀胱挛缩的有效术式。

| Abstract: | Objective:To introduce a operation: Anterior flap extraperitoneal cystoplasty, which used for small capacity bladder.Method:The anterior flap extraperitoneal cystoplasty was performed in 9 patients with organic and functional small bladder. Some criteria about the operative efficacy were analysed.Result:Voiding symptoms, vesical volume and flow rate were improved significantly in all patients. The effect of the anterior flap extraperitoneal cystoplasty is satisfactory.Conclusion:The anterior flap extraperioneal cystoplasty is a safe and effective treatment that has the potential to decrease postoperative complications and recovery time. It has been proved to be a good choice for contracture bladder. |
