| 摘 要： | 目的:利用经颅多普勒超声技术研究高血压病脑血液动力学的变化。方法:对240例确诊为高血压病的患者进行经颅多普勒检查并对结果综合分析。结果:TCD检测结果发现异常率可达85.9%且不同病期的高血压病患者其脑血管病理改变不同,脑血流动力学也不同。结论:TCD较能灵敏地反映高血压病时脑血管的病理及血流动力的改变,可为临床诊治提供依据。

| Abstract: | Objectives:To study the change of cerebral haemodynamic of patients with hypertension by transcranial Doppler ultrasonic technique.Methods:240 patients with hypetension were examined by TCD and its result was analysed.Results:The abnormal rate of TCD was 85.9%.The cerebrovascular pathological change and haemodynamic change were different in different stages of patients with hypertension.Conclusions:TCD examination could reflect sensitively haemodynamic change and cerebrovascular pathologic changes of patient with hypertension and direct the diagnosis and treatment of hypertension. |
