| 摘 要： | 目的了解社区内2型糖尿病患者的抑郁和焦虑状况,探讨健康教育对患者抑郁、焦虑状态及糖代谢的影响。方法选取重庆市沙坪坝区106例社区2型糖尿病患者,随机分为教育干预组和常规对照组,进行3个月的对照实验,运用抑郁、焦虑自评量表对患者进行心理测评,观察干预前后患者抑郁、焦虑情绪的变化及糖代谢情况。结果2型糖尿病患者中抑郁、焦虑情绪评分显著高于我国国内常模,干预结束后,教育干预组患者抑郁、焦虑情绪得到明显改善,两组患者空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白都有明显下降,教育干预组下降幅度更大。结论健康教育可有效改善2型糖尿病患者的抑郁、焦虑情绪,改善血糖代谢,适合在社区糖尿病防治工作中应用推广。
