| Abstract: | Nursing education has been paid comprehensive attention by international society.This paper compared the current situation of nursing education and human resources between at home and abroad,analyzed the main problems of Chinese nursing career and discussed the corresponding countermeasures in order to promote Chinese nursing career to develop continuously,fast and healthy. |
