| 摘 要： | 目的了解健康教育对学龄前儿童龋病防治效果的影响。方法采用问卷调查法,调查患儿及家长对龋病的认识程度和患儿的生活方式;由医生对实验组和对照组儿童的龋齿情况进行检查,并在开展健康教育2年后进行对照。结果实施干预后实验组发病率、疾病相关知识和危险性认识均明显好于对照组,生活方式发生明显改变。结论学龄前儿童开展健康教育对龋病防治具有显著效果。
